Create a new layer (File>New), having 1920×1200px/72dpi. Using the Paint Bucket Tool (G), fill the new background layer with black color.

Next we’ll use a standard brush (Brush Tool (B)) on a new layer to insert this color #FF9100 on the background (Opacity 20%).

Make a click on the same layer on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on Add a Mask selection and apply here the standard brush of black color (Opacity 15%) to clean out the picture’s edges:

Next step we’ll download a set of brushes for in Adobe Photoshop, named: grunge procedural

Create a new layer and use the brush out of the grunge procedural set. The brush’s color in this case is #442001

The layer’s parameters:

On the next new layer (Create new layer) we’ll use again the brush out of the same set, the brush having the color #371D01

Find a stock photo with a model represented on it, I used this photo from deviantart. I would like to thank the author of this photo:

Cut out the photo and insert it on the new layer:

Click on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on the next option: Create new fill or adjustment layer>Curves

Press Alt button and click between the Curves effect’s layers and the girl’s layer (on the layers’ panel)

Create a new layer and apply the standard brush of black color (Opacity of 40%) to dark out the background behind the girl. This layer needs to be placed lower than the girl’s layer:

Create a new layer again and choose a standard brush of black color (Opacity 30%) to dark out the zone on the girl’s legs level. Clean out the shadow, applying the Eraser Tool (E) on those places mentioned with the pointer. This layer will be situated also lower than the girl’s layer.

Choose after that the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool to represent several lines for the ornament behind the girl. Try to represent the lines as to keep the roundness’ contour. This layer will be placed lower than the girl’s layer:

Continue representing the ornament’s lines, using the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The layers need to be placed lower than the girl’s layer.

Next we’ll keep representing the ornament’s lines, drawing firstly their paths. Select for this operation the Pen Tool (P) (Path mode). This layer will be placed lower than the girl’s layer:

Next we’ll represent a new layer, choosing for it a standard brush of white color (Diameter 3, Hardness 100%). Using the Direct Selection Tool (A), try to mark out the line and then pass on the Pen Tool (P). Have a right click on the marked line (Stroke Path) (Brush mode). This operation should be applied for each line of the ornament.

On the same layer we’ll apply a standard brush, the one used for representing the white lines. This time we need to paint the white lines with the color the near represented ornaments have. For your convenience, it’s possible to take a sample of the color from the near situated ornaments, applying the Eyedropper Tool (I).

Make a click on the same layer on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on Add a Mask selection and apply a standard brush of black color (Opacity 20%) to clean out the ornament’s lines from the right girl’s leg.

Create a new layer and apply a standard brush to add several elements on the ends of the ornament’s lines. Using the Eyedropper Tool (I), take a sample of the appropriate color on the end of each ornament’s lines.

Continue representing the ornament’s lines, applying the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. Place the layers with the lines lower than the girl’s layer.

Continue representing seven elements of the ornament, applying the same tools – Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The colors are demonstrated on the picture. The ornament’s layers will be situated lower than the girl’s layer.

Create a new layer to represent a luminescence on the ornament. This time we’ll use a standard brush of yellow color (Opacity 20%). Place this layer under the layers containing the ornament’s lines and the girl’s layer.

Using the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool, continue drawing the ornaments. The layers containing the ornaments must be placed lower than the girl’s layer.

Using the same tools, try to represent an inside element of the color #EDE518

Make a copy of the last made layer and apply Free Transform option to make the copy smaller. Select the color #255B0A and place the copy as it is shown below:

The next element of the ornament has the color #F5C725

Make a copy of the represented element and choose again Free Transform option to turn over the copy as it is demonstrated below.

The next element of the ornament should be drawn with the same tools – Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The layer’s color is #F86305

Create a new layer again which must be processed with a standard brush of the color #EA8D1E and represent a highlight on the lowest contour of the ornament’s element.

Press Alt button and click between the highlight’s layers and the ornament’s layer (on the layers’ panel).

On the next new layer (Create new layer) we’ll insert several circles of yellow and red colors on the ornament’s element. We’ll apply the standard brush in this case.

Create a new layer and choose here a standard brush of black color (Opacity 10%) to dark out a little the ornament’s element. This layer should be situated lower than the girl’s layer.

Represent the next element of the ornament, having the color #115E53

The next element of the ornament is the same with the previous color of the layer - #B9310C

Create a new layer and use a standard brush to represent several circles on the ornament’s element. The color is #EE2A1C

Press Alt button and click between the ornament’s layers and the layer containing the circles (on the layers’ panel).

Continue representing the ornaments with the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool. The layer’s color is #A39829

Create a new layer and choose a standard brush to represent several circles of green and blue colors. Change the brush’s Opacity parameter to represent circles of different opacity.

Make a copy of the last made layer and choose Free Transform option to turn over the copy around its axe, situating it under the girl’s layer.

Make a copy of the ornament’s layer, applying on the layer the color #0B8715. Using the Free Transform option, try to turn over the copy, placing it as below.

Next we’ll continue drawing the ornament around the girl’s image. In this case we’ll apply the same Pen Tool (P) and the Convert point Tool. The layer’s color is #D8106E

On the ornament’s end we’ll insert an element of the color #FF68AF, applying the same tools.

On the end of the recently made ornament we’ll insert an element of the color #C4F11C. Use the same tools applied before – the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool.

Using the Custom Shape Tool (U), insert the flowers of different sizes above the ornament.

Apply the same flower shape (Custom Shape Tool (U)) and insert several flowers on the common picture’s ornament.

Using the Pen Tool (P) and the Convert Point Tool, continue representing the ornaments.

Using the Custom Shape Tool (U), decorate the ornaments with several stars.

Using the Ellipse Tool (U), try to represent many dots of different sizes and colors.

Now we’ll apply the Custom Shape Tool (U) to fill the ornament with several butterflies. They need to be turned over with Free Transform option.

Use the standard brush (Opacity 10%) on a new layer (Create new layer) and select the Eyedropper Tool (I). This way we’ll take samples of colors out of near situated objects around the girl’s body and represent the highlights on her body. This layer will be situated above the layer with the Curves adjustments.

Set the next parameters for the last made layer:

Press Alt button and click between the highlights’ layers and the layer containing the Curves adjustment (on the layers’ panel)

Create a new layer and select a standard brush of yellow color (Opacity 30%) to represent a train behind the girl’s boots and ornament’s luminescence, as it is demonstrated on the picture. This layer will be placed lower than the girl’s layer (on the layers’ panel).

Choose the Smudge Tool (R) to blur out the train’s layer to get the same result as it shown below:

On a new layer (Create new layer) we’ll choose a standard brush of black color to represent by line along the left boot’s contour and the left skirt’s edge. Then we’ll apply the Smudge Tool (R) to blur out the black color to the left side of the picture.

On the last stage we’ll represent a shining ball in the girl’s hands. This time we’ll select the standard brush to represent the ball in three stages. Firstly it is recommended to use the brush on a new layer and press it multiply to represent the shining effect. The layer’s color is #B69650 (Opacity 10%)

On the next new layer (Create new layer) we’ll apply a standard brush of the color #CBAC60 (Opacity 20%) to represent more intensively the shining effect.

On the next new layer (Create new layer) we’ll choose a standard brush of white color (Opacity 20%) to represent a bright nucleus.

Now we’ll combine in a group all the layers composing the shining ball (press Ctrl button and mark out the necessary layers. Then hold on the left mouse’s button while moving the marked layers on Create a new group selection).

Make a copy of the last got group and choose Free Transform option make the copy smaller, placing it the same way from below.
